Siemens Teamcenter PLM Engineer (DV Cleared) £500 per day (Inside IR35) | 12-Month Contract | Reading (2 Days per Week Onsite) | DV Clearance Required We are seeking an experienced Siemens Teamcenter PLM Engineer to join a high-profile programme supporting a secure government environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Teamcenter specialist who can operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within an application support and engineering function.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, configuring, customising and enhancing the Teamcenter PLM environment, whilst driving tool integrations and delivering changes through modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities Act as the technical SME for Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
Provide 3rd line application support and technical leadership across the Teamcenter estate.
Configure, customise and maintain Teamcenter solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
Support and deliver system enhancements, upgrades and change requests.
Design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and associated enterprise tools.
Work collaboratively with engineering, development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Deliver changes through established DevOps pipelines and source control processes.
Support release management, testing and deployment activities.
Ensure platform stability, performance and security within a highly regulated environment.
Essential Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
Proven expertise in Teamcenter configuration and customisation.
Experience operating as a technical SME within application support or engineering environments.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and change delivery processes.
Hands-on experience with Git/Git-based source control.
Experience delivering and supporting tool integrations and interfaces.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively within secure, complex environments.
Desirable Experience Experience within Defence, Government or National Security sectors.
Knowledge of Teamcenter upgrades, migrations and data management.
Familiarity with PLM integrations across engineering and manufacturing toolsets.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Contract Details Rate: £500 per day Status: Inside IR35 Duration: 12 months initial contract Extensions: Expected 12-month extensions available Location: Reading
- 2 days per week onsite Security Clearance: Current and active DV clearance is mandatory Please note: Due to the nature of the programme, candidates must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
