About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast‑paced Retail & Consumer (Recoveries) team at CSG.If you are an Administrator looking for your next opportunity and you thrive in a busy environment, love getting stuck into the detail, and enjoy making a real impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you. This role will be based in Leeds and there will be an expectation to attend the office up to 5 days per week during the first 6 months, moving to a more hybrid approach after successfully passing probation.What you will do?You are expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims. You will be expected to:Assist with the day to day running of a client account with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracyCreation of client communication documents (letters, emails etc.)Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm with adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIsAssisting with matter set up on our case management system Assisting with MI management ensuring accuracy with the dataLiaising with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominately via phone calls)Referencing and triaging recoveries post via a shared email inboxLooking for client recovery files, using portals to search for CCTV, Accident Related DocumentationOther administrative duties, as requiredWho you arePrevious experience in an Admin / Administration role is essentialHands‑on experience managing and organising filesConfidence in making and receiving calls, with a professional telephone mannerStrong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look‑ups) and the ability to handle basic data analysisExceptional attention to detailStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloadsThe confidence to work independently and use your initiativeA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within the claims teamClear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to your workExperience using finance systems (preferred but not essential)Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).What's in it for you?High levels of flexibility and a great work life balance - well-rounded remuneration package (which includes private medical insurance, income protection insurance and discounted gym membership, amongst many other benefits)Opportunities for growth and progression including professional fundingIn person and remote social eventsOpportunity to get involved in a range of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activitiesWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, which aligns closely to our cultural principles (Determined, Clear, Creative and Supportive).
