London & South East £45,000 £50,000 DOE We are currently recruiting for a Project / Contracts Manager to join a well-established flooring contractor delivering a wide range of projects across London and the South East.

The company delivers projects across: Commercial Residential Healthcare & Hospital environments Fit-out & refurbishment sectors Project values typically range from £3,000 up to £80,000, with the successful candidate managing approximately 45 live projects at any one time.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal management to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Managing multiple flooring projects simultaneously Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries Attending site meetings across London & the South East Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams Managing programmes and ensuring deadlines are achieved Monitoring quality control and Health & Safety compliance Resolving site issues efficiently and professionally Assisting with procurement and project planning Managing project variations and reporting progress internally Requirements Previous experience within the flooring industry Experience managing flooring projects or contracts Good understanding of flooring systems and subfloors/substrates Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload Client-facing and commercially aware Full UK Driving Licence Desirable SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Experience within healthcare or live environments This position would suit either: An experienced Flooring Project/Contracts Manager OR A strong Supervisor or Site Manager looking to step up into a management role In return, the company offers a stable long-term opportunity, supportive management team, and genuine progression prospects within a growing business. xwzovoh
