Account Manager for the Training Sector Sheffield £27,000 - £30,000 + Monthly Bonus Are you an experienced Account Manager, Telesales Executive or Sales Advisor looking for your next challenge? We're working with a growing training organisation that supports employers across a range of vocational, compliance and commercial training programmes. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an Account Manager to their sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The Role: * Managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients * Promoting a range of training and development programmes * Conducting outbound sales and account management calls * Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records * Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process * Working closely with colleagues to support business growth What We're Looking For: * Experience in telesales, account management or training sales * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience using CRM systems and managing customer databases * Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships * A motivated and target-driven approach Highly Desirable: * Experience within construction, training, apprenticeships, education or further education * Experience selling training courses, qualifications or learning programmes What's On Offer: * £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary * Monthly performance-related bonus * Genuine career progression opportunities * Supportive and growing team environment * Full-time permanent position If you enjoy sales, account management and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
