PlastererLocation: Brixton – covering Lambeth, Brixton and South Norwood Rate: £21.00 per hour CIS Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42.5 hours per week) Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Weekly Pay Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties. Key Duties Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good Repair damaged walls and ceilings Complete minor associated multi-trade works where required Deliver a high standard of work and good customer serviceRequirements NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering or a relevant trade Alternatively, a Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or a similar trade Experience working within domestic or social housing properties Full UK Driving LicenceWhat's on Offer £21.00 per hour CIS Weekly pay Company van and fuel card Ongoing stable work Temp to Perm opportunityInterested?
