A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its Real Estate team in Amersham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation in the commercial property market, supporting experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality matters.
The Real Estate team has developed a long-standing reputation for its expertise across all areas of commercial property and benefits from a consistent flow of work generated through both direct client relationships and referrals from the wider commercial departments. This provides an excellent platform for a Paralegal looking to further develop their knowledge and experience within a busy and successful team.
Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will gain exposure to a variety of commercial property matters whilst benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a law degree or previous commercial property experience who is keen to progress their legal career within a highly regarded firm.
The Role:
- Supporting fee earners on a range of commercial property and real estate matters
- Preparing, amending and collating legal documentation
- Assisting with file management and matter progression
- Liaising with clients, third parties and colleagues
- Conducting legal research and administrative tasks as required
- Supporting anti-money laundering and client due diligence processes
- Managing correspondence via email, telephone and in person
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date
- Providing high levels of client service and support throughout transactions
The Candidate:
- Law degree or previous experience within a commercial property environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent IT and data inputting skills
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills
- Ability to support one or multiple fee earners effectively
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
