Senior Tax Manager – OMB Advisory (London)

A fast-growing, modern advisory firm is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to work directly alongside a Tax Partner in London.

This is a genuine “right-hand” to the Partner role — not just another management position.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners, delivering high-level advisory work across CGT, IHT, residence/domicile, and wider structuring and planning matters.

You’ll also:

• Lead on complex advisory projects
• Review and sign off technical work
• Mentor junior team members
• Help shape the future of a growing tax function

This is ideal for someone who:

• Is CTA qualified
• Has strong private client tax experience
• Enjoys advisory work over pure compliance
• Wants real exposure to partners and decision-making
