Job Title – CNC Turner Job Type – Permanent Working Hours: Rotating double days (week one 6am – 2pm) (week two 2pm – 10pm) Annaul pay - £40,323.92 p.a. Monthly bonus Weekly production bonus Long-term career progression/development On-site parking Next Generation are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner to work with a well-established engineering company based near Halesowen. Reporting to the Toolroom Manager the CNC Turner you will be responsible for ensuring quality engineering of components using relevant procedures and methods. Duties of the CNC Turner: * Machining quality components in accordance with technical engineering drawings and specifications * Fanuc & Heidenhain controls * Setting one off components using clamps, angle plates, etc. * Deburring components and ensuring they are fit for transportation. * Carry out daily bookings against route card jobs and timings. * Inspection for all components throughout the process. * Maintain a safe working environment and comply with the Company’s H&S Policy. The successful candidate for the CNC Turners position will have the following experience: * 3 – 5 year’s experience as a CNC Turner (Essential) * Ability to use Fanuc & Heidenhain controls (Essential) * Ability to program offline (Desirable) * Able to read and interpret technical Engineering drawings (Essential) Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
