CMM Operator

As part of the MinebeaMitsumi Group the company supplies major manufacturers including Airbus and Rolls Royce. As the business continues to grow it is now seeking a CMM Technician Operator to support high integrity inspection activities. As the CMM Technician Operator your responsibilities will include: • Producing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality documentation • Programming modifying and optimising CMM inspection routines across complex components • Performing first off in process and final inspections in line with GD&T requirements • Working with engineering production and quality teams to resolve measurement issues • Supporting continuous improvement activity across metrology methods and inspection processes As the CMM Technician Operator you will bring: • Apprentice trained experience ideally within machining and aerospace manufacturing • Strong understanding of engineering drawings CAD models and GD&T principles • Familiarity with CMM software such as PC DMIS Calypso CAMIO or similar • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively • High attention to detail with strong analytical problem solving capability You will join a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer offering clear progression into a CMM Programming position.
