Responsibilities


As a Graduate Project Manager, you would instantaneously become a pivotal resource onsite for one of our clients, collaborating closely with senior staff and working end-to-end on a project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; it’s dynamic, exciting, and no week is similar to the last.




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.


Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.


Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.


Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.


Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.


Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.




Requirements



  • Possession of an undergraduate degree


Right to work in the United Kingdom


Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities


Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail


Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)


A passionate interest in Change and IT
