On-Site Operative 📍 Field-Based (Oxfordshire base - UK-wide travel required) 💰 £27,100 per year + Overtime (between 20-40hrs per month) + Expenses Covered 🚐 Company Van Provided About the Role We are currently recruiting for an On-Site Lining Operative to join a growing and highly skilled installation team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will travel across the UK installing high-quality vinyl linings in swimming pools during construction projects. Working closely in a team (usually in pairs), you'll be responsible for delivering precise, high-standard installations while developing specialist skills through a structured training programme. What You'll Be Doing Measuring, cutting, and installing vinyl liners to exact specifications Heat welding and joining materials using handheld heat guns Travelling to customer sites nationwide (daily travel required) Working to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards Liaising with customers on-site where required Collaborating closely with your team to deliver outstanding results What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Practical, hands-on approach to work Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when requiredDesirable (but not essential): Experience in construction, roofing, or similar environments What You'll Get in Return Company van, tools, and equipment provided Full 1:1 training programme Paid overtime at time and a half Overnight stays and meals covered via expenses Opportunity to learn a specialist trade and progress within the business Supportive team environment with ongoing developmentINDWARE Planet Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
