Location: Feltham
Salary: £26,000 £27,000 annual bonus (OTE up to £40,000)
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:45am 4:30pm
Friday: 7:45am 12:45pm (38 hours per week)
The Role
We are looking for a Quality Technician to join a growing engineering business in Feltham. This role involves carrying out detailed inspection and testing of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with stringent quality and ATEX standards.

Key Responsibilities fo the Quality Technician
Perform qualitative and quantitative inspection of raw materials and components at goods-in using measuring equipment such as jigs and gauges
Inspect in-house manufactured components and machine assemblies to ATEX requirements
Conduct final inspection and testing (e.g. leak tests and continuity checks) as part of sign-off procedures
Carry out internal ISO audits in line with company timescales
Complete supplier/vendor assessments and surveillance visits
Manage non-conforming, quarantined, and returned items
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a quality inspection role within engineering/manufacturing
Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes
Understanding of ISO standards and quality systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with ATEX environments (desirable)
