Actuarial Transformation Consultant

Actuarial Transformation Consultant London / Horsham / Manchester / Liverpool / Glasgow - Hybrid (3DPW in preferred office) Up to £70,000 - 12-month FTC VIQU has partnered with a leading financial services organisation seeking an Actuarial Transformation Consultant to support a major Finance & Actuarial Transformation programme. The Actuarial Transformation Consultant will work across actuarial, finance and project teams to support changes to data, processes and systems, helping to translate actuarial requirements into practical improvements and supporting these through testing and implementation. Key Responsibilities of the Actuarial Transformation Consultant: • Deliver transformation and change activity across the actuarial function • Gather, define and document actuarial requirements • Assess proposed changes to actuarial data, processes and systems • Support the development and implementation of new processes and system changes • Work closely with Finance SMEs, actuarial specialists and project teams • Test new processes and systems ahead of implementation • Complete actuarial analysis to support transformation activity • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across actuarial processes Key Requirements of the Actuarial Transformation Consultant: • Actuarial training, qualifications and relevant professional experience • Strong understanding of actuarial and finance processes • Good knowledge of actuarial systems and software • Experience delivering or supporting changes to data, processes or systems • Hands-on experience with testing and implementation activities • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to work effectively across actuarial, finance, technology and project teams • Experience working within transformation, change or continuous improvement initiatives • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned areas of delivery Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence or contact Fay Toomey on the VIQU website.
