We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join a fast-growing team, building relationships with independent retailers, convenience stores, coffee shops across your region. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, developing lasting partnerships and taking real ownership of their territory. 🧁What You’ll Be Doing * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. * Presenting new products to retailers in a persuasive and engaging way, highlighting their unique benefits. * Delivering a consistent and reliable service to customers, ensuring their shelves stay stocked and their businesses supported. * Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management. * Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and feedback using digital tools. * Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to spot growth opportunities. 🍫What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in Field Sales or Van Sales, ideally within the FMCG, food or drink sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Strong time management and organisational abilities, you’ll be managing your own territory and schedule. * Proficiency with IT systems for reporting and record-keeping. * A motivated, target-driven attitude and resilience to succeed in a competitive market. * A full manual UK driving license is essential. 🍬What’s In It for You * £34,000 base salary * Attractive commission structure * Company bonus scheme * Company vehicle & fuel card * iPad & work phone provided If you’re passionate about sales, love meeting people, and want to play a key role in expanding a well-established brand, we’d love to hear from you
