We're partnering with a well-known, fast-paced UK retail business to find an experienced Buyer to join their commercial team.

This is a great opportunity for a buyer with strong category management experience to join an established, high-profile retail brand with real scope to influence range and supplier strategy.

The role:

• Manage a defined product category, owning range planning, supplier negotiation and margin performance
• Build and develop strong supplier relationships, driving commercial terms and cost improvements
• Analyse sales, market and competitor data to inform range and pricing decisions
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver category plans
• Take ownership of P&L for your category area

What we're looking for:

• Proven buying experience within a retail environment (multi-site or online retail background preferred)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing supplier relationships
• Confident using data and insight to xwzovoh drive decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What's on offer:

• £60,000 base salary
• Car allowance
• Performance-related bonus
• Hybrid working — 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
