Luxury Hospitality Destination - Northamptonshire

We're working with an exciting, high-profile hospitality destination to recruit a talented Sous Chef to support a high-performing kitchen team.
This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. You'll be hands-on in service, lead and develop the brigade, uphold impeccable food standards, and help drive consistency, creativity and operational excellence across the kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and leading in their absence
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
Supervising, training and motivating the kitchen team
Assisting with menu development, ordering and stock control
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
About you:
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a 4* / 5* or quality-led environment xwzovoh
A natural leader with a positive, professional approach
Passionate about food, guest experience and team development
Organised, calm under pressure and standards-driven
