Role Title: Principal Consultant ( Oracle EBS HCM)

Minimum number of relevant years of experience: >10 years

12+ years of experience in EBS HCM Modules especially in Compensation & Benefits Modules.

Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with at least 2~3 implementation experience.

Lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems. Should be well versed in the support process and ensure complete ownership.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with 2–3 implementation experiences.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.
• Maintain ownership of the support process and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in EBS HCM Modules, especially Compensation & Benefits.
• Expert proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with relevant implementation experience.
