Experienced Plumbers required to carry out maintenance work at a university campus.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the university campus.
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
Maintain water systems, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and heating systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Undertake preventative maintenance inspections.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Provide a professional and friendly service to students, staff and visitors.

What We're Looking For

Relevant plumbing qualifications and proven experience.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
