ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on Email & SMS Specialist to deliver and optimise email and SMS marketing activity within the Marketing Operations function at K3 Advisory Group. You will manage the build, deployment, and performance optimisation of email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), working closely with the Journey & Lifecycle Senior Manager to execute automated and one-to-many communications across K3's audience. This role requires a strong technical understanding of SFMC, excellent attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to improving open rates, engagement, and conversion performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Management

• Build, deploy, optimise & maintain email/SMS communications from SFMC

• Translating AI-driven segmentation & journey requirements into high-quality, personalised communications

Functional Responsibilities

• You will own Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Content Builder - the execution layer - building dynamic content, AMPscript, personalisation strings and triggered sends.
