HR Advisor - TEMP

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical HR advice and support across a wide range of HR activities. HR Advisor - Temporary 📍 Redhill, Surrey 💷 £17.00 per hour 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm 📅 Immediate Start | Up to August 2026 📢Must Have: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service📢 Key Responsibilities * Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. * Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers. * Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters. * Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. * Support probation reviews and attendance management processes. * Assist with recruitment activities during busy periods. * Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. * Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For * Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role. * Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Experience handling employee relations cases. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently. * Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
