We are currently recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at a stunning 5-star country house hotel in Hampshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing chef who is passionate about exceptional ingredients, seasonal cooking and working within a genuinely inspiring culinary environment.
Working alongside an exceptionally talented team of chefs, the successful Demi Chef de Partie will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a kitchen where fresh, locally sourced produce is at the heart of everything, including ingredients grown and harvested from the hotel's very own organic farm and biodynamic market garden.
