* Resilience & Patience: A calm, encouraging demeanour and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by students with sensory impairments.
* Compliance: An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo one) is required.
What We Offer
* Impact: The unique reward of seeing the direct, daily impact of your dedicated support on a single student's growth.
* Flexibility: Full-time and part-time paths available to fit your lifestyle.
* Specialist Training: Ongoing professional development, including targeted training in visual impairment support and assistive technology.
* Competitive Package: Excellent rates of pay with an immediate start date.
How to Apply
If you have the 1:1 experience needed to help a student thrive, we want to hear from you. Please submit your CV alongside a brief cover letter detailing your experience in one-to-one SEN support and your current availability (full or part-time)
