Account Manager

Title: Account Manager Location: Outskirts of Cambridge Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and growing business based on the outskirts of Cambridge, offering a supportive team environment and excellent career development potential. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships while supporting overall sales activity. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent role, based on-site. Typical duties will include: * Delivering a high standard of customer service and building long-term client relationships * Keeping customers up to date with promotions, new products, and company updates * Proactively engaging with clients to drive sales and strengthen relationships * Handling customer enquiries quickly and accurately * Managing customer expectations in a professional manner * Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions * Processing orders and managing payments * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records on internal systems The successful candidate will have: * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels * Previous B2B sales or account management experience * A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships * Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude * A flexible, hardworking approach with a willingness to take on new challenges * A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment.
