MIG & TIG Welder / Fabricator Location: Thetford, Norfolk Pay: £15.00–£17.00 per hour, depending on experience Start: ASAP Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established engineering business based in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder/fabricator looking for a new role with an immediate start available. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication work, producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities * MIG and TIG welding of various materials * General fabrication and assembly work * Working from engineering drawings * Measuring, cutting, forming and preparing materials * Ensuring welds and finished components meet quality standards * Carrying out visual inspection of finished work * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Working efficiently to meet production deadlines Requirements * Previous experience in MIG and TIG welding * Good fabrication skills * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications are advantageous but not essential Package * £15.00–£17.00 per hour, depending on experience * Permanent position * Immediate start available * Based in Thetford * Stable opportunity with an established engineering company If you are an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator and are available to start ASAP, we would be keen to hear from you
