Account Project Manager – Beauty & Retail Displays * Central London (Hybrid) * £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Are you an experienced Account / Project Manager with a background in retail displays, beauty, POS or creative production? We’re working with an award-winning global retail production business looking for a commercially driven Account Manager / Project Manager to lead high-profile beauty and retail display projects from concept through to in-store delivery. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing multiple projects across creative, production and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional standards. About the Project Manager Role: * Manage end-to-end retail display and beauty campaigns * Lead project timelines, production schedules and delivery plans * Act as the main point of contact for key brand and retail clients * Coordinate internal teams across design, production and operations * Drive process improvements and project efficiency * Ensure projects meet retailer guidelines, deadlines and quality standards * Build strong long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities Project Manager We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in Account Management or Project Management within retail displays, POS, beauty or creative production * Strong stakeholder and client management skills * Experience managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously * Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills * Confident working cross-functionally with production and operational teams * Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office * Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented approach What’s On Offer * £55,000 – £65,000 salary * Hybrid working * Bonus scheme * Private healthcare * Pension contribution * Career progression within a growing international business If you have experience delivering complex retail display or beauty projects and enjoy working in a fast-moving creative environment, we’d love to hear from you ASAP
