Head of Housekeeping - Care Home

Location: Southgate, Enfield, N14 5QR

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: 8 hours per day - 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (including occasional supervisory checks at weekends)

Pay: £15.50 per hour

The Role

As Head of Housekeeping at our care home, you'll lead a small team to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. You'll combine attention to detail with the ability to motivate and inspire your team, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment that supports quality care for our residents.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in housekeeping (preferably within a care home environment)
  
• Ideally from a supervisory or team-leading background with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• A caring nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families
  
• The role is Monday to Friday however you will require flexibility to do occasional spot checks at weekends
