Your role Lead a team of Care and Support Assistants to ensure customers receive the best support Provide personal care and encourage independence by building confidence and self-esteem Promote safe practices, complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding to keep customers safe Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Carry out team supervisions Create and update electronic care and support plans
Your skills Experience supervising people is desirable Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Personalised approach to care with strong interpersonal skills Enthusiastic and flexible approach Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
