Senior Contracts Surveyor — Subcontract & Cost Control

Gilbert-Ash Ltd. is seeking an experienced Surveying/Project Coordination professional to ensure efficient surveying on Fit Out projects and maximise profit. You will liaise with Estimating, Purchasing, and Project Managers, analyse contracts for BREEAM/Section 106, and oversee sub-contractor selection and payment processes.

Requirements include a degree in Surveying or Quantity Surveying, DV clearance, and 5+ years’ related experience. Travel to UK, Ireland and Worldwide sites will be needed.
