An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a fast-growing, new opening in Cambridge.

With a focus on quality, consistency and exceptional execution, the business continues to grow and is looking for a passionate Head Chef who can lead from the front, inspire a dedicated kitchen team and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
The Role – Head Chef
Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, preparation, presentation and consistency across every service.
Take ownership of kitchen operations within a busy, fast-paced burger concept.
Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.
Manage stock control, ordering, wastage and kitchen costs to achieve financial targets.
Work closely with the management team to drive performance, improve processes and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Lead by example on the pass and during service, ensuring the team operates efficiently under pressure.
Support the continued growth and success of an ambitious, expanding hospitality business.
What We're Looking For – Head Chef
An experienced Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or ambitious Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
A strong background in high-volume, quality-led food operations.
Experience managing, developing and motivating a kitchen brigade.
A passion for burgers, bold flavours, quality ingredients and consistently well-executed food.
Strong commercial awareness, including food cost management, stock control and waste reduction.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
Someone who takes pride in building a strong team culture while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
