Registered Care Home Manager – Residential Care Homes Locations: Market Harborough | Kirby Muxloe | Lutterworth Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Contract: Full-time | Permanent We are recruiting for three Registered Care Home Manager opportunities across Leicestershire, with positions available in: * Market Harborough, Leicestershire * Kirby Muxloe, Leicester * Lutterworth, Leicestershire Each position is based within a medium-sized residential care home operated by the same established, family-run care provider. These are excellent opportunities for experienced Home Managers, or strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step in their career, to join a supportive organisation with experienced operational and quality support in place. As Registered Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of your service, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong standards across compliance, staffing, occupancy and operational performance.
