Bookings Coordinator Class Cover – Education Recruitment Term time only optional | Fast-Paced | School-Focused Role 10 am - 6 pm Are you highly organised, confident on the phone, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Class Cover is looking for a proactive and efficient Supply Bookings Coordinator to join our busy bookings team. This is a pivotal role within our education recruitment business, ensuring schools receive the right staff at the right time – often at very short notice. The Role As a Supply Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Actioning daily supply bookings as they come in from schools * Contacting and allocating suitable supply teachers and support staff * Confirming bookings with schools and candidates promptly and professionally * Ensuring all booking details are accurate and logged on the CRM system * Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools * Responding quickly to early morning and same-day requests * Working closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service delivery What We’re Looking For * Excellent communication skills (confident and professional on the phone) * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively * A proactive, solutions-focused attitude * Experience in recruitment, education, customer service or bookings (desirable but not essential) * IT confident and comfortable using CRM systems Why Join Class Cover?
