Production Manager

Production Manager Lisburn Up to £47,500 Black Fox Solution are working alongside our client in Lisburn, to recruit for a Production Manager (Fabrication & Assembly).

As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently and on time while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the department.

What We Require: Proven leadership experience within a fabrication, manufacturing or assembly environment.

Strong technical understanding of welding and fabrication processes including sheet metal and structural steel fabrication.

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and people management capability.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
