Credit Controller - Italian Speaking

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Credit Controller who is fluent in Italian to join our clients financial services team.

Duties Monitor and manage overdue accounts, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding payments Contact clients via telephone and email to follow up on overdue invoices, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Analyse account data to identify trends and potential credit risks Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions using accounting software Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts payable records Assist with data entry tasks related to credit control activities Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve account discrepancies and disputes Prepare reports on credit control activities for management review Requirements Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is also required Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable within financial services or related sectors is preferred Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively Experience using accounting software and data entry tools with high accuracy Excellent telemarketing and phone xwzovoh etiquette skills for engaging with clients professionally Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial documentation procedures Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to develop their career within credit management while utilising their language skills in a professional setting.
