Shift Patterns: 06:00-18:00/ 07:00-19:00.

Any 4 days out of 7.

Overtime available during peak time Pay Rates: Hourly Wage: £12.71 As a Production Operative, you will need to have: Prior experience in production, packing, or warehouse environments (preferred, not essential).

Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Attention to detail for quality assurance.

A team-oriented mindset.

Basic math skills for accurate labelling and inventory tracking.

Role of a Production Operative: Packing & Sorting: Pack fruits into containers, ensuring correct weight, quality, and presentation.

Quality Control: Inspect fruits for damage or defects.

Labelling: Accurately label packages with weight, variety, and batch codes.

Sanitation: Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to food safety standards.

Safety: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
