Poultry Production Operative - North Kilworth, Near Lutterworth People Solutions are currently recruiting for Poultry Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in North Kilworth, near Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist poultry production operation on a full-time, ongoing basis. No previous food production experience is required as full training will be provided. This position would suit applicants looking for a role as a Food Operative or Production Operative. There may also be an opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position after successfully completing the initial 12 weeks, subject to performance, attendance, and business requirements. The site operates as a poultry production environment, with poultry processing taking place as part of the operation. Workers recruited for this position will not be directly involved in slaughtering or killing animals. However, you should feel comfortable handling prepared poultry and working with raw poultry products, including cutting and preparation. Please also note that the site is in a rural location and cannot be reached reliably by public transport. You must have your own car or another reliable form of private transport and be able to arrive for a 7:00am start.
