About the role
Unilever in Kingston is seeking a People Partner to lead end-to-end Employee Relations and Tier 2 Care within our HR service delivery. You will guide line managers through complex ER cases, ensure lawful handling of disciplinaries, grievances and redundancy processes, and write investigation reports to support case outcomes.
This role supports a hybrid working model in the UK. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ER-heavy HR, strong UK employment law knowledge, and proven stakeholder management
