Salary: £40,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week

Location: 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of a high-volume catering site, ensuring smooth service delivery for approximately 1,000 covers per day, maintaining service standards, and ensuring all operational processes run efficiently across kitchen, front-of-house, and retail areas.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and training to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 27 staff, including recruitment, training, rotas, performance management, and fostering a positive, high-performance working culture.
Control budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability through effective stock management, labour control, and financial reporting, ensuring the site meets agreed financial targets.
Oversee all retail operations, ensuring product availability, merchandising, and high service standards, while continuously improving the customer experience to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
Lead local marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and revenue, using promotional campaigns, upselling strategies, and customer engagement to grow the business.
