In this role you will be working with key stakeholders across the Nature Portfolio editorial teams as well as Peer Review Management, Content Acquisition Product team, Publishing Strategy, Publishing Performance & Intelligence, Production, Publishing Operations, and others, to plan and implement improvements to editorial workflows and processes, and drive the adoption of best working practices, to support increased editorial efficiency and best-in-class author experience.An immediate priority for the role-holder will be to take on a leading role in delivering an ambitious ongoing project to transform Nature Portfolio’s editorial workflows.
