Graduate Flood Risk Consultant

My client a market leading Environmental and Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join their Water Team based in London.  Alternative offices available.     Candidates are required to have a strong academic background in hydrology, flood risk, water resources , GIS or civil engineering and have a keen interest in hydrology, flood risk, hydraulic modelling and drainage engineering.      Experience working for a UK based Consultancy or completing projects covering flood risk, hydraulic modelling or drainage strategies.   You will also be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to write reports.   As a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant you will join an experienced team to complete varied hydrological, flood risk, hydraulic modelling and drainage projects for residential, commercial and leisure developments for Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients across the UK.  You will be trained and supported to complete;  Flood risk assessments.  GIS mapping.    Surface water management plans Catchment management plans Hydraulic modelling using Tuflow and Flood Modeller Drainage strategies SuDS designs.  Full training will be provided by the experienced team.  You will also be expected to attend site visits and team meetings at alternative offices.  This is cost is covered by the team.    This role offers a competitive salary, career progression, flexible working and innovative projects across the UK.  This role is based from London or Norwich.   If this role is of interest, please contact Jordanna Morris at Aztrum for more information
