What you’ll do

Shared foundations

  • Start conversations via phone/email/LinkedIn
  • Keep tidy notes & next steps in CRM (we’ll train you)
  • Hit simple weekly goals (conversations, meetings booked, renewals progressed)


  • Customer Renewals
  • Reach out ahead of renewal dates, confirm details & timelines
  • Prepare simple quotes and track status in the CRM
  • Escalate questions, spot easy upsell cues, and keep customers happy
