Warehouse Operative Liverpool (L33) £12.71 per hour 🕗 Core Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm Flexibility Required: One late shift per week: 12:30pm – 9:00pm One weekend shift per week: Saturday or Sunday | 8:00am – 4:00pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break Description Novara People are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution business based in Liverpool. Our client specialises in handling and distributing parcels for businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to expand their warehouse team with hardworking and reliable individuals who can support their busy operation. This role may initially be offered on an ad-hoc basis, however there is plenty of work available as the business heads into its busiest period of the year. Duties Sorting parcels into the correct locations Loading and unloading vehicles Scanning parcels using handheld scanners Picking and preparing orders for dispatch Moving parcels safely around the warehouse Working efficiently to meet daily targets Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe Following all health and safety procedures Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods Skills: Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is beneficial but not essential. Good attention to detail. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Good level of spoken and written English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
