Commercial Gas Engineer

We are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Commercial Gas Engineer, will be responsible for: * Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester * Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities * Oversee planned PPM and compliance works * Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time * Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required * Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours To be successful for this Commercial Gas Engineer role you must have: * Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment * Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role * Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service * Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg * Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights * Hold a full UK driving licence If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Commercial Gas Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
