HGV Class 1 Driver (CE) Location: Walberton, PO22 Pay Rates: Monday Friday: £16.50 per hour Saturday: £17.50 per hour Sunday: £18.50 per hour Night out £25 Shifts Available: Days Tramping Available Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers for a leading chilled distribution operation based inBognor Regis (PO22) This role involves the transportation of chilled products, including salads and plants, across the UK.

The operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering both day and night shift opportunities, with tramping available for drivers seeking additional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities Long-distance trunking and nationwide deliveries.

Transporting chilled goods, including fresh produce and plants.

Conducting vehicle checks and completing relevant paperwork.

Ensuring goods are delivered safely, securely, and on time.

Adhering to all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport regulations.

Maintaining excellent standards of professionalism and customer service.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements Essential Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence.

Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.

Digital Tachograph Card.

Good understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations.

Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.

Ability to work days, nights, and weekends when required.

Desirable Previous experience within chilled distribution.

Tramping experience.

Experience with long-distance trunking operations.
