Join us to work on challenging, multi-country projects in a supportive, dynamic environment where your impact truly matters.Our Private Tax team works with a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and AIM-listed businesses, as well as their shareholders, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private equity clients, and professional partnerships.This role is offered on a hybrid working basis.Your key responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationshipsDrive business development and identify new opportunitiesManage the delivery of complex and demanding compliance and tax advisory projectsEnsure technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approachSupervise, coach, and mentor junior team membersContribute to team initiatives, including training, retention, and developmentSkills and attributes for success What we look forProven relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal)Confident negotiator, able to articulate and defend opinions effectivelyDemonstrated business development experienceStrong time management and ability to perform under pressureProject management skills with a focus on delivery and budget controlExcellent tax technical expertise where you will oversee the preparation and review of complex tax compliance workstreams, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality across all deliverablesExperience advising a range of Funds clientsACA/CTA qualification (with full technical training) or equivalent tax specialist qualificationCCH or similar experienceWhat we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
