About the role

Our client is a well-established and growing Fire & Security company seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of Fire & Security systems across Yorkshire, with occasional national travel required. Systems worked on include: Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Systems Access Control Systems Intruder Alarm Systems This is a field-based position requiring excellent technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry Proven experience installing and servicing Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms Full UK Driving Licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel across Yorkshire with occasional national travel Package & Benefits Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Overtime opportunities available Paid travel time Company van with personal use 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and career development opportunities Company events and team-building activities Long-term career progression within a growing business If you are an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you
