Site Agent

Location: South West London Start Date: 14/09/2026 Duration: Approx. 14 Weeks Rate: £450 per day CIS We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a highways improvement and SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) project in Epsom. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate highway and SUDS construction activities. Oversee subcontractors, labour, plant, and material resources. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor programme progress and drive productivity on site. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and site teams. Maintain accurate site records, RAMS, permits, and daily reports. Support commercial and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways or civil engineering schemes. Strong knowledge of highway construction and drainage/SUDS works. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
