About the role

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed technology company operating within the physical AI sector.

Headquartered in the UK with an international remit, the business is developing cutting‑edge technology for a global customer base that includes a number of well‑known blue‑chip organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to move into a genuinely hands‑on in‑house role within an ambitious and fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with founders, senior management and investors, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and international expansion.

The role will involve:

  • Advising on equity financing rounds and wider corporate transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholder documentation
  • Supporting on corporate governance and Companies Act matters
  • Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial technology agreements
  • Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business
  • Managing relationships with external counsel where required

Candidates should:

  • Be England & Wales qualified with 3 to 5 years’ PQE
  • Have strong corporate experience gained at a well‑regarded law firm
  • Ideally have exposure to venture capital and high‑growth technology transactions
  • Be confident working independently within a lean legal environment
  • Have a pragmatic and commercially minded approach

The position would suit someone looking to step into a broad in‑house role with real responsibility, international exposure and close interaction with senior stakeholders from day one.
