Quality Systems Supervisor Up to £35k – Doncaster DN5 If you are experienced in supporting and maintaining robust quality systems to ensure product safety, legality and continuous improvement, the quality systems supervisor may be the next step on your career path. Based in Doncaster, the quality systems supervisor duties include: Ensuring HACCP are correctly implemented, monitored and controlled, including day-to-day system management. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation relating to product safety and legality, including GMP and hygiene standards. Supporting the quality team and production manager with implementation of new and the revision of existing quality systems in line with legislative requirements. Facilitating internal and external audits in line with the audit schedule, ensuring timely corrective actions and continual improvement. Assist with achieving and maintaining customer approvals and accreditation standards. Identifying training requirements and delivering training to employees, usually factory operatives, as well as liaising with wider teams and managers on quality issues. To apply for the quality systems supervisor position, you will need: Sound knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety & Food Hygiene (certs must be provided). Previous experience working in a quality role within a production environment. Experience of managing & attending audits, inc. GFSI audits (e.g. BRC, ISO 22001). Proven practical experience in developing, managing & implementing quality systems. Experience in training and coaching employees. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience dealing with suppliers and customers, including generating, agreeing and implementing specifications. Benefits for the quality systems supervisor inc a salary of up to £35Kpa: Hours: 40 hrs. per week 8.30am-5pm Mon–Fri Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%.
