What you'll be doing Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign-off.

Creating a time-tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds.

Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds.

Supporting and coaching three CRM builders , helping evolve build approaches.

Leading QA tracking , logging errors and producing weekly error-rate reports .

Producing clear documentation, checklists and repeatable processes for monthly campaigns.

What we're looking for Hands-on Ometria experience (essential) .

Strong broadcast CRM delivery background in a high-volume environment.

Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proactive, organised, and process-driven mindset.
