We are working with a highly regarded NHS teaching hospital on the South Coast of England seeking a Consultant Breast Radiologist for a NHS fixed-term locum appointment of 12 months (with possible extension for further 12 months) within a large, well-established breast unit. High-volume specialist breast service Dedicated breast radiology focus Teaching Hospital Environment Work within a large university teaching hospital with access to: Medical students and teaching opportunities Research activity and academic links Established Radiology Department Become part of a substantial radiology team of over 40 consultant radiologists across multiple subspecialties, providing strong peer support and multidisciplinary collaboration. Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (or equivalent) Breast assessment clinic experience This position would suit either an experienced Consultant seeking a fresh challenge or a senior trainee approaching CCT who is looking for an excellent breast radiology post within a supportive and academically active organisation.
